OVERVIEW

This 4-session course over two weekends is for anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with vinyasa yoga - whether you’re brand new, coming back to the mat, or looking to refine the foundations of your practice. Through the lens of the Jivamukti method, we will explore how breath, movement, sound and intention come together in a dynamic, accessible, and heartfelt vinyasa flow.

Jivamukti Method
Jivamukti Yoga blends dynamic vinyasa with spiritual teachings, music, and meditation. Rooted in ahimsa (non-violence), it’s a physically challenging, heart-opening practice. Expect breath-led movement, chanting and hands-on assists.

LEAD TEACHER

Keri Perkins

Keri Perkins is a yoga teacher, Jungian life coach and music brand consultant. She teaches Jivamukti yoga and Yogasana. Through a chance meeting with an old friend at a festival in the Austrian Alps, Keri was introduced to Jivamukti Yoga. A yoga nay sayer at the time, Keri promised her friend she would give yoga a try.

Keri discovered all those years ago in her very first yoga class, that yoga completely brought her into the moment, her physical body energised. She left the studio elated and hooked!

Keri’s personal journey of yoga practice has helped her with the stresses of a hectic job travelling all over the world, as well the anxiety of public speaking. Keri has a particular passion for asana, combined with music. Nada is the yoga of sound. Keri strongly advocates the relationship between sound, music, yoga and breathwork to bring about balance (homeostasis). Whether electronic, classical, hip hop or a resounding OM sound vibration reduces anxiety and helps brain function.
